How long will it take me to receive the package?

Processing time: 3-5 days

Shipping takes 15-25 days
The waiting time before you receive your package includes processing time and shipping time.
If the order status is "Processing", it means your order has been reviewed and entered into processing. Processing time is required as we need to confirm your contact details and delivery address, sort the items, perform strict quality checks and pack the items. When your order is properly packed, it will be handed over to the shipping company.

If the order status is "Shipping", your product has shipped. After the courier updates the tracking number, you can track your order. As the entire shipping process involves international shipping, the package may be in transit or through customs clearance. During this period, you will need to wait for the courier company to pick up the shipment before you can update the tracking number. For expedited delivery, you may have to wait a week for the tracking number to update, while normal shipping takes 15-25 days. If you need assistance with the shipping status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Please note:
1. Processing time starts from your payment and order verification, and a verification email will be sent after payment.
2. If you need to change your mind after placing the order, for example, change to another color, size, style, or a different product, and change the address. If this happens, the processing time will start when the order details are finally confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to inform you of the updated estimated delivery time.
3. If it is a holiday, our processing time may be longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

4. Countries that require tariffs. Different countries have different customs policies. Any duties or import duties that may occur should be paid by the recipient once the package reaches the destination country.
5. Within 1-2 working days after the order is successfully shipped, we will provide your order number by sending an email to your registered email address.
6. We apologize for undeliverable delivery to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

1. Free shipping on orders over $39 (15-25 days)
2. Express usually arrives within (15-25 days) depending on the distance to your destination.
Shipping under $39 is $7.99

How can I estimate delivery time?
Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)
The estimated delivery date is the date we expect to fulfill your order based on your country and the delivery method you specified. Include processing time and shipping time.
Estimated delivery dates may be affected by unforeseen factors such as our inventory availability, processing capacity, strikes, or natural disasters. We will notify you in advance if there are factors that may delay your order.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by
A. Change/correct contact information or delivery address after placing an order;
B. After placing the order, re-designate the products in your order, such as changing to different colors, different sizes, etc.;
C. The first delivery attempt is within the estimated delivery date. If the courier delivers the package for the first time within the estimated delivery day, but you miss/arrange for pickup/the address is invalid, we will not be responsible for the time when you receive the package;
D. Your shipping address is in a remote area.
